This place has gone downhill. Went last week (after 48 hours) to pick up a prescription to be told up to 7 days!!Returned to collect and was ignored for a good 5 minutes before being served. I asked if you could still walk in with a prescription and get it straight away as I had been without my medication for 5 days to be told by a very young unempathetic, unsmiling, unapologetic, surly girl that you could order 2 weeks in advance.So, for those of you who have a life and don?t always remember to order in advance I would advise picking the script up yourself and heading straight there. I really don?t understand why it?s up to 7 days now. Catshill is a small place ?

This used to be such an efficient pharmacy but service has seriously gone downhill over the last few months. My GP recently prescribed medication and advised I should start taking it immediately. Went to collect it after 2 days and was told by a very disinterested girl behind the counter that waiting time is 2 weeks. She announced that, then just walked away from me. So rude. I contacted my GP who then sent me a text to show to the Pharmacist so I could collect my meds that day. So I had to make a return trip to the Pharmacy. My husband went there today to collect his repeat script that he'd requested from the surgery a week ago. It hadn't been made up. When he was finally given his medication after quite a long wait, he was annoyed to find a leaflet stapled to the bag informing him of "the importance of ordering script in advance" Why does it now take them so long to process scripts? There was also a mistake made with one repeat order I collected. When I arrived home I discovered it included meds that werent on my repeat script. We'll be transferring to another Pharmacy for our future repeat scripts.

This was a fantastic pharmacy had been going there 8 years. but not anymore very disorganised, blaming doctors for no prescription. After waiting a week Queuing for ages. I have now changed me and my family to a different pharmacy.

Don't bother they don't answer the phone you go down and get your prescription to get home to find all ent there cuz they haven't bothered to check really annoying when it's your main tablets you dam well need just rubbish staff are slow don't no what there doing Tracy was a gem there new what she was doing don't no what happened but gone down hill

Didn?t appreciate having the details of my prescription announced so that everyone in the shop overheard!!! Will be swapping to a different pharmacy where hopefully the staff are a bit more understanding with regard to patient confidentiality.

Well, l used to be so pleased with my local pharmacy, the lady who has been working there for a very long time, has always been incredibly helpful and got to know us . Went in yesterday about 12.15 on Saturday and it was horrendous - it seems the manager was cashing up before it was closed! I used to work in retail, you normally cash up at the end of play, not during, she was incredibly offish, and her very, very, very young assistant who has no idea as man in the moon, having to write every one's name down. The queue was ridiculous, and once the manager had cashed up, she totally ignored us. Very bad lack of customer service!! Disappointed is actually an understatement! My doctors told me on Friday my prescription would be ready that afternoon only to be told quite dismissively that it would take 48 hrs, l actually heard her say that to others. Not sure was has happened to a very helpful pharmacy!

The one star is for the shop itself, well stocked and Tracey, who works the shop, is a gem and is very experienced at what she does, a credit to Knights.....The pharmacy itself used to be organised, well staffed with staff that show a good bedside manner, this was only 3/4 months ago. I went in today and almost everyone that asked for prescriptions was asked "when was it sent down", they had no idea, one lady was told that her prescription had already been collected a week ago but it actually hadnt, they had lost it or couldnt find it. The Dispenser is the rudest person I have come across, there is no point in confronting her, she doesnt care what your thoughts or issues are. I really do not understand what has happened over the last few months there but we are now changing our pharmacy to Lloyds in Bromsgrove. A Pharmacy needs to be organised and attentive but I think some of the staff would be better suited in the Brewery Industry as it is a little easier to organise drunken parties for them as organising a pharmacy, well, they cant!!!

This is an incredibly friendly chemist, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always busy but take time for each customer. 10/10 for Catshill Knights Pharmacy. Thank You for all you do.

Went in to book and get a typhoid vaccination from the travel clinic, service was very efficient and thorough when I booked and when I went in for my appointment. My surgery quoted me a 6 week wait for an appointment, this pharmacy gave me an appointment for the next day.

All staff members are so helpful and have time to answer any queries/ concerns I may have .I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years. Even though I have a chemist in the village I live in much prefer to come to knights in Catshill.
