WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER- rude and unhelpful staff that have no idea how customers should be treated- Avoid! (0 stars).I received a Groupon gift for my birthday to book a facial with this salon. I had tried to use the voucher in December last year but I was refused and told I would need to wait until the new year- which I was dissaponted about, however I booked for Feb instead. My appointment finally came round and on the day I called the salon 2 mins before my appointment to say i was outside, but can they direct me where to park. The women I spoke to on the phone told me to drive round the back. Having reached the car park and paid for parking I finally got to the front door of the salon 5mins late for my appointment and the door was locked. I tried to call the salon- no answer. I kept ringing and finally got through 7mins later. I was then advised on the phone it was now too late and another lady had turned up early and already been taken through (not sure how true this was). I asked if I could re-book and they refused to help and told me to go back to Groupon saying this happens a lot, then the women hung up on me. I was utterly shocked with their poor customer service! They were so rude and unhelpful on the phone, interrupting me and being very hostile. I called the salon the next day asking for a call from the manager- I was told to expect a call back. I was ignored for days following my request for the manager to call me, until she finally picked up the phone this evening when I called her myself. She seemed to know all about my experience but didn't care- she talked over me on the phone and refused to listen to me, telling me i was a liar and i had arrived 20mins late for my appointment (my car park ticket says otherwise). She told me to go back to Groupon- then she hung up on me. I asked if she could send me proof that I haven't used my Groupon with them so that i could get my money back and the manager refused this also- they are happy to keep my money but not happy to help me at all. As a result im out of pocket. Disgraceful behaviour from a salon manager and her staff!

I went for a leg wax twice already: service depends on the beauy therapist. One very good, the other one left a lot of hairs behind - not very thorough or consistent.

This is a fantastic salon staff are very friendly, proffesional and will always go out of there way to fit you in. I would highly recommend .

It is not Fare from where I live and the staff is very well coming, customers can get appointment to suit the customers, price is affordable and parking ? place.
