Went to get some batteries, checked what I though was every stand, then a lovely young lady Freya said there's one in another part of the store I hadn't seen and it had what I wanted, she then served me, very impressed, she has excellent customer service well done Freya a credit to B&M ????

Store air con must have been broken ,way to hot ,hotter than outside , the poor staff looked like they were cooking and flustered which is not compatible with health and safety working in those conditions , hopefully the management allowed frequent breaks for drinks etc . Plus not healthy for the open fridge food and chocolates , sweets etc x Rather disappointing visit as too hot to stay and check out goods x
