I ordered birthday flowers for my auntie for her birthday which Louise made and delivered on the day for my aunt, which were then in turn unfortunately stolen, even though they had been left safely out of sight. When I contacted Louise's they offered to make another bouquet at no further cost and delivered it on the day for me. So kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Louise's florist for your flowers.”
