I visited the Evesham store today looking for some food for my picky cats. Cat spent a good half an hour of her time helping me with food, listening to my queries and being generally amazing! I was so impressed and will visit again. She is a credit to the Evesham store, thank you!

This is a dog haven. Me and my pup go here now. I took my dog when I first got him and the staff are always pottering about, filling up and restocking. Always there asking first- which is very important if they can give the dogs treats and fuss. I've asked advice and been given some amazing products that are natural and work. As my dog grew we needed a new harness and I wasn't sure what I was doing so a I ask a staff member to help me who stayed with me for a good 20 minutes trying on harnesses until we found one that fit. Miles better than the next leading pets store. If you want the natural route for your pets here is the place to go.

Visited the store in Evesham on Thursday evening with my 10 week old puppy. The 2 girls working were absolutely amazing, not only were they the usual friendly and helpful that you would expect but they went above and beyond to help and educate me on what was best for him. Their knowledge of puppies and dogs was outstanding! We will definately be returning! 100% recommend.

Amazing range and choice of products and always, a great service. The manager is very knowledgeable of not only her store but also in relation to animals and their welfare and needs which is rarely found in other pet stores. Her staff are also extremely helpful and courteous; I am always made to feel welcome which to me, is very important. It's how I like others to feel when they engage with me in my work. Excellent! They stock a wide range of foods treats and pet supplies and for my dog a great range of raw dog food and naturals treats. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I can't thank Jenny, store manager, enough for all of her help with my dog. She is so knowledgeable and the advice and support she has given me has been a tremendous help. Thank you so much. The staff here are so helpful and go that extra mile for me (literally in that they order cat flea treatments for me at Evesham and as I live at Droitwich they drop them off there when they are visiting the Droitwich shop) . Staff in both the branches are great. I always shop there now for pet supplies.Thsnk you

Our usual Pet Store, which we had been using for years, had closed down, and this one came as a recommendation, and it didn't dissappoint. Easy access, with plenty of parking.An amazing selection of all kinds of pet foods, and accessories,all reasonably priced.Lovely wide aisles, well presented stock and well laid out. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and on hand to answer any queries. It was a real hit with us.....and our dog loved it too.
