I came here this evening because of the 5 staff in the Worcester store not a single one acknowledged me so I though off to Kidderminster and see if it's any better. Absolutely not. I walked in and after 5 minutes of being ignored I approached a member of staff who told me they knew nothing about what I wanted to buy so would get someone for me. Fast forward 15 minutes later and still nobody came to see me so I approached the member of staff on the door who apologised and said he would get someone. When he was gone the original staff member was just wandering around the upstairs by the side and I asked if there was anyone coming to help to which his response was "oh has nobody been to see you?" I said don't bother. Im not spending my money where the service is this shocking. An absolute sham in both stores I went to this evening. Absolutely disgusting.

Just been to PC World in Kidderminster was served by a by Liam on the repair desk. Super helpful great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place

Rather average unfortunately in my case. Seems to be insufficient product knowledge amongst the staff and when I tried to purchase a printer it seemed like too much effort. Then, too little stock. Feels nice in there though, just a shame they seem too focused on their'core products'.

Great place to shopUsed several times staff friendly eager to help and very good knowledge of goods.Amazing selection of appliances and if it's not in stock thay normally have it within 2 days for collection.Would definitely recommend in store shopping

Over the time I've spent many hundreds of pounds in this store but Monday unfortunately confirmed my belief, in store trade is not required. Why do I say this? unfortunately no matter what you want Curry's Kidderminster has never ever got it. Staff are not interested in your problem. Never any stock, if you're fortunate to get a member of staff all I appear to get is " our stock room is also empty". Monday I needed a replacement computer and a remote TV control, unfortunately I walked out again empty handed. Curry's you want our business let's see helpful obliging staff and at least some stock.or a respectable alternative for my/our needs.

PLEASE ANYONE ! NEVER TAKE OUT A WARRANTY WITH CURRYS!! I bought a television from them over 12 years ago and have been paying a £7 per month warranty on it since then At the time it was a £599 television .since taking it in for repairs 9 days ago they have told me it couldn't be repaired .so a replacement was offered which wasn't even new it a return!the voucher which was also offered they couldn't even tell me at too what value it would be! When I took the warranty out I was told it would be to the same value of the television. Now on their computer system they even had my name wrong even though all my paperwork had the correct details on so customers services would not even talk to me .really not very happy at all as over the 12 years I have spent £1050 and their not even giving me a television to the same value as the one insured. The replacement television is a return and even new in store is only £425.Their manager doesn't even have any say in solving any issues instore and .complete waste of time .Still waiting for a replacement!! POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED AS SOON AS I RECIEVE THE SO CALLED REPLACEMENT, PLEASE NEVER TAKE OUT ANY WARRANTY WITH THEM AS THEY ARE VERY MISSLEADING ..Will be contacting trading standards tomorrow ....

Based on today and previous visits, it's not easy to get a member of staff to help. I asked a member of staff for help, and they were going to get help for me. They are all busy, apart from 3 members of staff at the service desks, no customers there though. After a long wait, I approached the service desks to ask for help. I wanted to walk away with a new TV today. Unfortunately, there were quite a few models that were out of stock. I wanted time to think and decided to leave rather than wait again for help.

Brought JBL Headphones. Was extremely helpful when buying extra guarantee.. Didn't wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Very friendly and helpful.

Took a monitor back for an in warranty repair. I was told that the screen was cracked and could not be repaired under warranty. I returned to the store and showed the repair Tech the photos of the screen when I dropped it of with no cracks or damage and pointed out that the booking in docket also did not list any damage. I left it with the local store and was advised head office would contact me. So far its been over a week and no contact. This is nit customer service.
