Came here to return an item of clothing at 15.45 pm and decided to have a hot meal in the cafe only to be told that hot food has been stopped because they close at 5 pm. when we questioned the time the reply was we are short staffed, I've seen this lame excuse in other reviews and needs to be addressed.

Terrible customer service in here yesterday. We bought a dine in meal deal, and my wife added a pair of earrings to the basket to save paying separately. Without doubt the best thing about this store is the staff, they are fantastic. Always got a smile on their facesUnfortunately the food hall isn’t the biggest so they are limited on their range however Merry Hill is only 30 minutes away with a huge food hall if there’s things you can’t get at Kidderminster.Keeeep... read full comment
