We have been stocking up on the Euros in the past and bought them when the rates were good at Saintsbury's bank travel money and as much as 20%? gains .and we managed to go to Venice 5 times .but with Brexit and COVID we are in uncharted y .wait and see if future looks bright. Man kind has discovered magic of flying and global traveling .only positive gonna happen blue skies will be with us soon .

Always had good service ..... until had to return money as my daughters holiday had to be cancelled..... unfortunately she had thrown receipt away (I could show the transaction through my bank... or they could check their records!) for the euros I had exchanged for her. Sainsbury's would not exchange back for the same amount.... or even meet me half way, so for £407 worth they would give me £347 to exchange them back..... £60 loss for about 4 days!!!...... I will go elsewhere from now on!

arrived at store approx. 11.00. there were no disabled parking spaces. after waiting for about 10 mins I decided to do my shopping elsewhere. Are these spaces checked regularly for blue badge holders? Would you consider making more disabled spaces available?

I I usually enjoy shopping at Sainsbury's although I do regularly try other stores, but I have a few gripes.This year you failed to supply wholemeal hot cross buns, even though I was told that many people had asked for them. Wholemeal flour is healthy and white flour in medical terms is poison so I would be grateful if you supplied them next year!I find it annoying in your otherwise great Smart Shop experience, that I have to call for help every time I buy alcohol. You must have my age on the system, so it would only require a tweak to remove this requirement to the benefit of your staff and customers!My final gripe is that ever since you got rid of section managers the restocking of shelves, particularly in the fruit & veg department has been atrocious. Knock on problems are poor date span as food is left out the back instead of being put on the shelves, and signs of poor storage - rotten fruit.

Today it said shop open at 07 am not true it doesn't open until 9am , I am aware it's bank holiday ( May Day ) which is why I looked it up on your Kidderminster Sainsbury site before leaving home , very disappointed .

Good selection of goods. Store appears to be well organized.Majority of staff are friendly and helpful but there are the few who really do not want to be there.Toilets need updating and increasing they appear to have been a after thought. Also at times they smell quite bad.
