Excellent coffee. Friendly staff & atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Mothers with their babies seem very comfortable & accepted. It's lovely to see them caring for little ones in a family-friendly environment .

Bit grubby. Toilet really quite bad and smelly. Staff a bit brusque. Nice hot chocolate and cakes. Good you can take your doggo.

Very very poor customer service, the staff are too busy chatting with each other about holidays and husbands to acknowledge you or even get your order right. The cakes are always stale and you are greeted with a death stare instead of a smile .

It can be a bit hit and miss with this Nero's. It is a regular venue for us, as a weekly coffee date on the way home from work. The manager is really pleasant and the staff used to be really good, but it's become a bit inconsistent lately. Seem to be a lot of staff changes, we've lost a few friendly faces and the drinks have not been the same each time. Hopefully it'll improve now that Christmas is out of the way.

Ok if you want a Luke warm hot chocolate. Service mixed one member of staff friendly- othet not so!! . Chairs have seen better days. Not that clean. Will stick to Costa!!

Much too cold. Asked to alter the air con and told it has to be cold or the coffee beans will expand. You'd think they would put customer comfort first and buy a fridge.

Enjoyed a relaxed afternoon here. Good for working or having a cup of tea. The hot chocolate with soya and cappuccino with oat I ordered were served in high quality. The barista was really friendly and professional. Very comfortable spaces and areas. A little bit noisy when it get busy.
