I took in my Apple iPad, and was given a price. The girl behind the counter was happy with the condition it was in. She then explained I would get the money via bank transfer. Only to be called a day later and they had split the price in half. Claiming there was damage to the screen. Absolute scammers!!

I took my Apple iPad into the store to sell as I wasn?t using it anymore.
When I got to the counter the staff member checked that it was in good condition. No damage to the screen or camera ect. She then gave me the price they would give me for it which I accepted.
Only to be called the next day and be told by another member of staff, that there was damage to the screen something called ?screen burn? and that they will deduct money off the offer they gave me. (Which was a very low amount)This iPad was in perfect condition, no damage to the screen or the iPad itself.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the iPad or screen. I have definitely been scammed. Don?t sell anything here!

My mother brought a category c iPad Air from the Redditch store, they wouldn?t show it working in the shop ?as it would take half an hour to charge?. She was shown the scratch to the screen which she didn?t mind, however on returning home she charged it to find it had a bleeding LCD screen. She tried to take it back the next day and they said she could not have a refund. However their website states ?30 Days Statutory Refund Policy - Did your item develop a fault, that has occurred through no fault of your own? Provided it is returned with a receipt and we can verify the fault, we can offer a full refund to the original payment method, repair or replace the item, or exchange it for something else of equal value.?
Also a bleeding LCD screen is considered a grade F ?F - Non-Working Examples: Dead, cracked (screen, body, bezel etc.), water damage, broken/bleeding LCD? not a cat C.
I am so disappointed with how my mother has been treated and feel the customer service has been terrible to say the least.

I only went to sell two items and immediately walked out due to how the staff spoke to me. I told them that I only wanted a voucher in exchange and the person behind the counter started being awkward with me. They told me they were going to do a bank transfer, then I immediately corrected them and said that I wanted a voucher not money.Then they weren?t being clear on why they couldn?t test my items in the first place. Whenever I asked them to clarify, they didn?t bother giving me a good enough explanation and got the feeling they were doing this on purpose to me. Then in the end, they said they couldn?t test my items because there was a queue for other items for testing.After 5 minutes of trying to get a clear explanation from them, I gave up and walked away. Then I took my items back from them. Never coming back here due to poor treatment with their customers and they wasted my time!

I bort a game from you 3 weeks ago Hogwarts legacy and the was codes in the case and one was already redeemed and one was invalid I was looking forward getting the items and one was onix hippergriff I will have to get a second game to get the codes I guess

I love this shop sometimes depending on what you are going in for but I do think it is overly priced for second hand games considering you can get new games for the same price.

First time using it and managed to quickly trade some of my old games to allow the kids to buy a new switch game which they got for Christmas. Staff were really helpful, but beware some items are cheaper new online than in store.

It's been I long time since I've encountered such rude and obnoxious shop assistants such as these people. I was walking past the shop and saw a plug I meant to buy before Christmas but forgot to do it. There were 3 staff behind the counter and only me and my family on the other side. After 3 mins of being totally ignored, without even being acknowledged, my eldest daughter walked out. After another minute my wife asked me has anyone spoke to you and before I could even answer her one of them snapped and said only one of us is serving you will be seen as soon as she can. We left!You work in a secondhand shop in a shopping centre if that makes you feel important and powerful then good luck to you, manners cost nothing. You're a credit to your parents and your employer. My first and last time in that place
