Took a bike into the Redditch branch for a service. Mitch the guy who served me could not have been more knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out some parts that needed attention without being pushy replaced the items. Very professional and a pleasure to be served by such a nice guy

Great staff, sorted out what windscreen wipers I needed and fitted them. I did try on the in store screen to sort myself out but as a tech phobic gran, I failed miserably. New wipers are great, all set for winter.

Excellent professor service from Nathan who fitted new battery and carried out a 10 point check of my vehicle. He also advised me to become a premium member which was well worth purchasing for the benefits it provides saving me money on the battery, including free fitting and a free 10 point check. Free MOT when I need it, Brilliant!

I needed new windscreen wipers , I ended up joining the motor club for free which meant I saved £5 and had a free 10 point check. Dave the engineer was very friendly & thorough. I was really impressed with the customer service.

At first was told no as very busy. I insisted of leaving my car for few hours and pick them up from work as I am from Manchester. Then after few mins someone came to change oil.Lady didn?t had any idea on how to open bonut. I had to google it . Then she didn?t had any idea where is the dipstick.Only filled like 2 litres of oil and told me that?s it.When you buy online and pay for the services it says in Halfords website everything will done and I have to wait inside the store. Which in my case didn?t happen. Lack of knowledge of staff is annoying. You expect they will have more knowledge than us.
