Fantastic value for money, excellent food best chippy around by far we don't have many take aways but when we do this is the place, staff are always friendly and happy highly recommend .

We have reliably used this chip shop for over 5yrs and the food is always spot on as is the friendly staff. We particularly like the Newtown kebab meat special!

Tried this Newtown F&K house for the first time as read it was ?? very good ?? and thought I?d have a chippy tea for a treat ! I must have caught them on a bad day. The fish batter was soggy, chips dry and tasteless, salad also tasteless ( fortunately had some salt with me) The sauce, supposedly mayo was the blandest cream I?ve ever tasted. In fact so dubious as to what it actually was, I wiped it off and tried to eat salad without. Mini fish and chips, medium salad for £9.50 ? The star points are given for the neat packaging.

Nice little shop, could do with a refurbishment at some point. Staff here are really helpful and friendly. Good variety of products, ideal for a little corner shop. I go in a lot to post off my evri parcels, so for that it's ideal.

What a delightful place ! The staff and food absolutely superb! Doner kebab with salad with chips the best iv tasted in years ! There was loads of choice on the menu , The staff were so nice and attentive.. you must visit soon .. thanks for a lovely lunch guys ?..
