Incredible staff and very helpful. We had quite a few laughs. We were there for 3 days, 2 nights. The Water Pressure is amazing. We stopped here overnight on a long drive home with our dog, the staff were friendly and professional, although the hotel in general and definitely our room and bathroom were in need of an upgrade, the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, the room was nicely warm. Excellent receptionist. The room was very cold with no heating. Storage heater was not operational. No other source of heating supplied. Bed was a bit hard but not terrible. Quite dated but clean enough.Rooms: Very cold.
