Then no member of staff visits my parents home unless they have been introduced to them and new staff always shadow another to learn about my father. They have robust documentation so that all carers know the individual care my Dad needs. They respond appropriately to changes in his condition and treat him at every interaction with respect ,dignity and compassion . My mother is his primary carer and Ashwells support her incredibly in this role and day to day. Ashwells provide respite care and shopping to my parents in addition to the personal care for my father . The management are present and hands on which means they have good working knowledge of the care needed and being provided . We are very grateful for their support over the last couple of years and they go above and beyond every day.”
