Total Disappoint!The old lady on the desk is rude all the time.I went to book an appointment to open a bank account with reference number and the way she took my details was disinterested and making annoying noise all the time. Thank you for your service

Came into Worcester branch today and feel extremely disappointed and disgusted by how rude the lady at the desk was to me .I felt that everything was too much trouble and that I was just a nuisance. After repeatedly telling her which account I was moving money to she still did it to the wrong account I discovered when home.unbelievable!! have been with barclays for at least 25 years felt really angry and upset . I worked in customer service and would never have spoken or treated anyone that way.

Morning completely ruined today by one of your staff members. I am an Occupational Therapist and was helping a client with his banking. Not only was she treating my client with utter malificence she was also asking unnecessary nosey questions about his expenditure. She clearly suspected that I wasn't who I said I was and made me feel interrogated. Just vile behaviour and my poor client didn't need his disabilities highlighting in such a distasteful manner.

Barclays shut down my business account without warning and the assistant in branch couldn't have cared less if she tried. Classic "computer says no" situation. I understand there was nothing she could do in the end but looking like she was at all bothered would have helped. Avoid the branch and bank at all costs!
