Decent pub food with friendly staff.Expect a wait at peak times (next to a hotel so car park is busy with tradespeople on weekdays who probably eat there after work ).If restaurant is full you can eat in the bar from the same menu but without the table service, ie order at the bar.

We ate here on Christmas Eve, we had such a good service & the food was excellent. We went home with big belliesDietary restrictions: The staff asked if we had any dietary restrictions when we sat downParking: They were plenty of parking in the car park. We didn?t see any restrictions, you just had to type your registration on the screen in the restaurant lobbyKid-friendliness: Children were at the table next to usWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is. The entrance /resturant/ restroom are on the same level

The usual menu I'm used yo at my local. I was able to book easily online and we were seated quickly on arrival in a lovely spot. It was busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking but make sure to input your car details when you arrive.

The waiters were very attentive and friendly. They were busy serving and trying to replenish breakfast items, which was too much for them to do at time. The breakfast was very nice, although we actually preferred it when you could help yourself. The cooked breakfast arrived about 5 minutes after ordering it, and we hadn't had our cereal. Consequently, it was getting cold by the time we did eat it. I needed gluten-free bread, and that came with the cooked breakfast rather than later, to have with honey etc.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free

Had a really lovely meal for 5 tonight. The food was spot on, Fillet steak cooked to perfection. Jaylen was our server and he was amazing. Such a polite man, very friendly and helpful. Well deserved 5 stars:)

What has happened to this place? Been gradually getting worse with each visit. I worked here in what feels like a lifetime ago and I can only mainly feel sorry for *some* of the staff there. The toilets are absolutely grim, I'm sure they were the same in 2010! With almost 375 million profits in 2023, Whitbread, you need to do better!Onto the service: The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 was due to the young, clearly new waitress. Thankfully, we only ordered desserts, which took 25 minutes to appear, in what was essentially a restaurant/bar at 30% capacity. There were 2 members of staff which managed to get hold of sundaes before we did, rather than seeing to me at the bar, the duty manager sent the new girl to deal with my complaint, a rather cowardice act. She was smiley, professional and apologetic. I always assumed it was the duty manager that dealt with issues and complaints but maybe things have changed since my time in this industry.I can't really comment on the food but the sundaes were average for the eye watering price of £6.99 each, for some Bookers soft scoop ice cream and crushed biscoffee biscuits. All members of staff "hanging" out at the dispense area is not a good look, especially when you always have to wait at an empty bar.

Went for a meal with the family on the off chance and as always excellent in all departments. Steak was perfectly cooked the lasagna was piping hot and the cod was massive with a lovely crispy batter. The staff are brilliant and welcoming especially Alice who will have a bit of banter with you she makes the visit so much more enjoyable. We've used the Three Pears Worcester a numbers of times this was the first time before 5pm which was quite quiet but it soon got busy overall a fantastic meal and experienceParking: Plenty of free parking just remember to put your car reg into the system

We arrived at 9pm, requested food to be told that they weren't serving anyone unless they had pre booked. We then went to the bar where we were offered the food menu! Our meal arrived hot and food was acceptable though no cutlery even though it was requested; I ate my food with my hands as didn't want to ask again. Another customer arrived shortly after us (9.40pm) who had been sent by the hotel specifically for food, to be told they had turned everything off and were no longer serving it. Communication between colleagues might help to avoid this happening in the future! Safe to say we won't be visiting again.

We much enjoyed our visit today for lunch. The food was excellent, as was the service. Jay looked after us, and although he was very busy, he remained calm and professional; he is a credit to your organisation.Parking: Plenty of parking

Popped by for a quick bite to eat.Food came out very slow, and once It did, it had hairs in the gluten-free gammon. So this meant we would eat alone at the same table. The drinks, no ice for Gin and bottled cider warm. Also very expensiveMaybe give this one a miss.

Rude staff members including the manager.Felt a difference in service to other diners; possibly due to my skin colour, who knows.Food was not all that great neither, below average. I have been to many Beefeaters' but this food was definitely not up to the usual standard.

A sigh of relief after my experience down the road at Great Whitcombe! Good service, good food and open until 11pm. Found somewhere comfortable to sit to wile away the hours so all good.

Couldn't fault the food itself, the roast dinners were amazing. The service from our waiter was also faultless - he worked very hard to make sure everything was as good as it could be. I've knocked a star off due to what seemed to be poor behind the scenes management really. We'd pre-booked a table for 17 people at 3pm with over a week's notice, and yet when we arrived our table wasn't ready because they'd been under the impression the booking had been cancelled. Not sure why, I'd only phoned the once to book it. The restaurant was also very short staffed. As a result we weren't eating until gone 5pm and were there for around 4 hours in total. Bit tricky to keep young kids entertained for that long on empty stomachs! They'd also run out of roast beef by that point so several of us had to change our order. Again, the staff were very accommodating and knocked money off the bill for us, so all in all a solid 4 stars

The food is great, although can be on the pricey side. Waited quite a while to be seated but once sat down the food and drinks were prompt and delicious. Music rather loud in the bar making it difficult to converse. Convenient location for motorway accessParking: Make sure to register number plate
