I ordered my bed and mattress in June for my pregnant wife to help with her back pains I was told as it was an end of range bed and that it shouldn't take longer than 6 weeks delivery! I was then told that my delivery date would be September just in time for the baby to be born to only be then told it would be a further 2 months and delivered on 22nd November!! 22nd November the delivery driver turns up with half a bed and a mattress as the warehouse had missed the other half of the delivery! I now have no bed but a mattress and a baby that is now 8 weeks old! This is a disgrace and when I called the store today the Manager seemed uninterested in really getting this escalated he simply told me I could possibly be 100th in the queue of queries which is quite simply unacceptable!!!!!

Knowingly sold me a damaged, returned, repacked bedside cabinet. Post sale was terrible and the guys in the store were more interested in chatting to each other than giving me any help when I was there. As a compromise I suggested a partial refund as I am unable to get back to the store due to a back problem at he mo' but have heard nothing back from them. Not surprisingly I wont be using them again.

Carl was extremely attentive & helpful to us. Asked us our price range & showed us options within that, as well as giving details on each matress and being very patient whilst we tried each one. Ended up walking out with a new mattress! Couldn't recommend more - 10/10 customer service.

Bensons for beds have delivered me 2 broken and damaged beds in the last 3 months. Still waiting on another bed. 3rd time lucky eh. The customer service centre is appalling. You think an apology is good enough for your poor standards of beds and a 4 to 6 week wait for another bed. 2nd time I've had issues with this company , I thought it might have been a one off but definitely not. Never will use this poor excuse of a company again.

Helpful friendly team who were very informative about their products. They were happy to allow us enough time to make the correct decision for us. I will definitely return when we need any other new beds.

Extensive range, prices to fit your budget and a knowledgeable, helpful salesman.We were pleased with the quality and the opportunity to test various mattresses before selecting our final choice. We were impressed with Benson's offer to take away our old mattress for disposal at a reasonable charge. Happy to recommend the service we received from Benson's.

Payed over £500.00 five weeks ago for a bedbase thats not arrived. I've had to make all the chasing only to be spun a long list of lies.Last week I was told yes it's on for delivery date 28th.Yesterday, yes it's coming PM delivery.Having taken day off work 5pm told no drivers this morning so late drop.6pm told aaah there is a 0 on your order!Bensons said we will phone you to tell you when you will get a delivery---- Really!! they will phone!! They've not bothered before. Disgusting behaviour Bensons I shall be stood in your shop first thing tomorrow let's see how you put this right.Following day they hadn't phoned me so true to my word I called at the shop to be told--- now on their system a delivery date of JUNE!! -- 3 MONTHS they would have my hard earned cash. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO EVERYONE. I'd like the one star removed.13/5/22 still no apology funny how they only communicate with selected customers.

Waited almost 2 months for the delivery of entire bedroom. Everything was delivered apart from the mattress. They gave us a mattress delivery date in 7 days. On the delivery day nothing arrived. They don't answer calls in the shop. Called their customer service and was 94th in the queue. Horrible experience!

My wife, young son and I visited Bensons in Worcester in search of a new mattress. We were served by store manager Richard, who?s friendly persona made us feel comfortable throughout the process.Richard asked the right questions to establish our specific requirements and was respectful of our budget, presenting us with an impressive range of mattresses without using any pushy sales techniques. While my wife and I lay on mattresses, Richard was kind enough to involve our son, letting him also test out the mattresses as to not leave him feeling left out, which was a nice touch, especially from the perspective of an 11 old who typically finds any shopping experience a torturous chore which deprives him of playing Fortnite! Instead, our son dubbed Richard the ?Mattress King?.Once we settled on a mattress and made payment, Richard even tried to bring the delivery forward to coincide with the collection of our existing mattress, as there is currently a weeks wait between the two dates (which is nobody?s fault) and whether he is successful or not, the important thing to note is that he tried to avoid us being without a mattress for a week.Overall, Richard made us feel like people, rather than a route to commission, and if he does in-fact receive commission then I can safely say it was well deserved.We shall certainly recommend Bensons Worcester to anyone in search of beds and mattresses, and I will be looking to make further purchases with Bensons in the future.Thank you Richard, best wishes.Zack and Meghan Starkey-McGrath

Delivery was expected between 930 and 1130. I waited till 1230 with no response. I tried to ring that phone number on the text message but I was told to wait and I was 90th in the queue. I was told that somebody would ring me back but nobody has rung me back yet. Finally got a phone call at 4 pm to say the delivery driver was coming in half an hour. Delivery driver said somebody from the office should?ve rung me and told me about the delay but nobody did very disappointed.

Both the gentlemen on the phone who I spoke to about the problem with my current mattress were extremely helpful and dealt with the problem in a very efficient way. Also, the gentleman in the store when we went to choose our replacement mattress was very helpful and obliging.
