“Went there after work today. Good selection of food and other items. Cheap prices. Good to see somebody present at the self service tills unlike my experience with Lidl.”

“Aldis my go to place for weekly shopping. Fruit and veg is always good and they have a great selection of most things. Great parking and always plenty of tills open and staff available to help”

“Same as any other Lidl, always a long wait to be served with only 1 or 2 tills ever open, but that's the same with any Lidl - prices are cheap because they employ minimal staff. If you want to be served quickly you go to a more expensive supermarket.Only criticism would be that the car park could really do with resurfacing.”

“The staff member was very helpful. She'd just closed the till but saw I had 4 items so jumped back on to serve me so I didn't have to wait behind a customer with a trolley! Found everything I was after without any issues.”

“Visited many times and always knew there was a wine bar, but never really thought to check it out. On my last visit however I was very kindly treated to a pint of Purity Longhorn IPA on draught, which Waitrose will serve in frozen glasses. What a revelation! ❄️ It was really refreshing and brought so much character out of the beer. I could quite easily be tempted to make a habit of ordering one of these after some shopping (maybe one before would help make the shopping go by faster too? ?)The girl serving was also very inviting, friendly and a credit to Waitrose. ?”

“Sainsbury’s is a great supermarket and substantial discounts are available by using your nectar card. This is one of the oldest supermarkets in Worcester that could do with modernisation to update its appearance.”

“A fantastic post office. It is run by 2 kind gentlemen. They do a good job of making necessities and local produce available. It is a blessing to have post office services in Suckley, such as paying in money and withdrawals. They go out their way to help the local community- they are an asset to this village! Please drop by to help their shop; they sell good stuff. ?”

“Some gaps on shelves and things I wanted which were out of stock despite refilling trolleys left in the aisles. Despite being much larger and newer I prefer my usual Makvern branch.”

“I visited Home Bargains today, I did quite a lot of shopping and put it all through the till, when I was about to pay couldn’t find my purse, I was very upset, but I was reassured by the lady on the till, who said they would take care of my shopping, until I could come back to pay, she was extremely kind and reassuring. I did go back and pay, and once again I was met with kindness and reassurance! I cannot thank them enough, unfortunately, I didn’t get the assistants name.I always find the staff members at Home Bargains very helpful.Anne Coyne”

“I love shopping here as there are plenty of self-service checkout machines (two that take cash and two that take card only) and I can get around this shop quickly and be out in record time. Plenty of parking spaces too. Only 4 stars because I often go early in the morning and they never have any freshly baked bread ready and on the shelves until well after 8 am. Lots of helpful staff, and importantly for me, lots of British meat and veg.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to KRÓWKA who are so helpful in keeping my disabled father independent. My father had a stroke a few years ago which effected his speech badly where he has to carry a card to communicate that speaking is hard for him at times and he needs to take his time during tasks. The staff in there are lovely and so eager to help him giving him samples (theres is a meats/cheeses counter) and assisting him around the store every time he goes in. Much love to them honestly they deserve a lot of credit in making the effort to help all customers no matter the nationality or disability <3”

“Picture a big Tesco. OK. ?Now think of a medium size Tesco. Both of these are good, gooooood shops right?Correct. Surely they cannot improve on either of those.I mean, what's not to like already? Apart from sometimes you find yourself wandering for days up and down aisles, unable to decide because the amount of choice is bewildering, other times, you can be in there for months, just wondering how to get out. Then when you eventually remember where your car is, the MOT has ran out or they no longer make that type of fuel.IF ONLY THEY HAD A FASTER VERSION OF TESCO!Well don't worry folks, Mr Tesco felt your pain and he was ASHAMED of himself. So he invented Tesco Express. It's so fast that you get back to your car before you even realise you got out. Woooooosh.”

“4 stars because the shop is great BUT today, on a Sunday i go in the shop around 10ish, i pick what i wanted to buy then the self checkout OUT OF USE, not even 1 person at the till, and i asked someone why the self checkout doesn't work or a person to be at the till (people are awaiting) and the answer was " from 10ish you are allowed to look and get what want AND at 11:00 they open the tills and self checkout ? FIRST SHOP ever in all my 32 years ? to hear this. Don't get me wrong, the shop is good but this policy to look before 11:00 is ridiculous, at least open the self checkout omfg...”

“Love this shop (dispite the outdated name ?). Really good selection of good quality and plastic free fruit and veg, really friendly staff too and very good value for money :)”

“Handy local store with post-office services. Ethically-sourced products. Like all small locals, most products are a bit more expensive than the big supermarkets.”

3.7Good26 Reviews

“There magic bags that they do at the end of the day, where the fresh food on its sell by date is put into bags of over£10 in value, minimum, for less than a third of shelf price ! There is an awesome manager who actually cares about what people want to buy and the social economics of the area and price things accordingly. For the available floor space that they have, it is not utilized to its maximum potential but hopefully the new manager will deal with this, instead of having for sale for example 4 types of maple syrup all over £4 in price, when the store is located in one of the poorest areas in the city!”

“I was walking to the cheese and yoghurt isle when a member of staff started breakdancing and did a 360 degree backflip then PROCEEDED to offer me a chippy meal with curry sauce and cheesy chips then everyone started dancing and performed the George. advert in a beautifully synchronised manor, I stood there giving a standing ovation and they gave me free parking. Good. I saw my mate Chantelle and she did a backflip and hit the griddy .As Chantelle hit the griddy, the energy in the air was electric. Soon, more people joined in, forming a spontaneous dance circle. Laughter and cheers filled the aisle as the impromptu dance party continued. Chantelle's backflip had set off a chain reaction of dance moves, each more impressive than the last. It was as if the entire store had transformed into a lively celebration of music and movement. Even the other shoppers couldn't resist tapping their feet and swaying to the rhythm. As the music reached its peak, Chantelle pulled you into the center of the circle, inviting you to show off your own moves. With a mix of excitement and nerves, you decided to join in, contributing your unique style to the dance-off. The energy was infectious, and you found yourself dancing like never before. The store had turned into a joyful spectacle, and you realized that sometimes the most unexpected moments can become the most memorable ones.”
