We recently purchased our wedding rings from H Samuel in Worcester and had to leave a review due to the wonderful customer service we received.When we ordered the rings, we were assisted by Garry. He was the most friendly and down to earth chap who advised us on which width rings would be best suited for us both, and he was spot on! We chatted for a long time about all sorts and left the shop feeling thrilled with our order and the wonderful person who had served us.We were kept updated about the progress of the rings, were contacted by phone once they had arrived at the shop for collection, and offered a date that suited us to collect them.When we collected the rings, we were served by Caroline. Again, an absolutely lovely sales assistant who didn't just give us the rings and take our money! She was interested in our story, and we chatted again about all sorts for quite a while.We both agreed that it had been a long time since we had received such excellent customer service, and to receive it from 2 different assistants on different days at the same shop is a rare thing!Thanks to Garry and Caroline, we had a lovely experience of choosing and ordering our wedding rings, and will be forever grateful to them both. Thank you!

Bought my fiances engagement ring from this shop in October and the service from Gary was outstanding. My fiance came to visit me at the weekend & we popped in again to look at wedding rings. My future wife chatted with the lovely shop assistant Caroline and I spoke to Gary to thank him for his help on my previous visit. Caroline was excellent, she didn't try pushing us for a hard sale like in other shops & treated us like she was genuinely interested in us as a couple - we felt valued & that was massive to us. Needless to say we left the shop with 2 purchased rings & a big smile on our faces excited for our wedding. Thank you Caroline & Gary wishing you & the shop all the best.Charles and Theresa

I am not very good with technology and could not set my lovely Citizen radio controlled eco watch. So dropped into H. Samuel in Worcester today. The manager Richard was incredibly helpful and set my watch for me. It is a lovely store with very friendly staff and a fine selection of watches. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.
