Went into shop asked for a sweet rose manager was quite abrupt then a man sales man took me over to rose section and informed me there was too sweet rose wines to choose from I bought one bottle and on Xmas day gave it to my wife to drink and to my utter disappointment it says on the bottle dry wine so they just sold me any wine to get sale

Cancelled my ice order the night before my wedding at 6pm. Claimed they tried to contact us that week but we never received any calls or emails. They had the wrong number too even though we had asked them to change.Imagine cancelling someone?s ice order the night before their wedding and providing no alternative! Surely as a company you?d source some replacement ice as a matter of urgency! Totally bonkers. Do not use for weddings is my advice. My wedding morning we had to drive round various supermarkets buying ice, instead of celebrating. Ridiculous.

I popped in after googling where to find a quite rare (and my favourite) Gin. They had it in stock and it was on offer. Both the people working there were great. They asked what I liked about fore said Gin and showed me alternatives based on my preferences. They had one on the tasting board and offered me a tipple. This was nice to try as I hadn?t heard of Cotswold distillery before.Recommend even if not for wine. ?

Shockingly Poor service !Ordered 30 bottles of wine on line, normally comes from the Warehouse with no issues, or I collect from Cheltenham who are great,but this time it appears that the order was passed to the Worcester shop which is where it all goes wrong!!!A few days later 24 bottles appear on the door step, I was in all day but they never knocked or rang the bell, no delivery note nothing at all.Next day 2 bottles appear same routine no paperwork.I went online to customer services and to find out what was going on, 3 days later I get a standard email back saying "short of staff" "In high demand" and that my order was passed to the Worcester shop and I had to ring the shop, not great for a company of this size!Anyway I ring the shop no answer, so I try several times but always the same no answer but leave a message "we will get back to you in 24hrs", so I leave a message saying I'm not happy, 4 bottles of wine missing, no delivery note and checking my payment no credit for the missing bottles.Then I get a series of emails from marketing at head office saying "you now have your wine sit back and enjoy", so I answer no don't !I get a reply next day saying we will look into it when the shop updates them, well 2 days go by and guess what, still no call from the shop and not update from customer service.Its been over a week now and I'm still missing 4 bottles and insult to injury although I ordered 6 different Viogniers instead of doubling up on one they substituted one with a Riesling, nothing like!!!Most unhappy, next orders will be going to Laithwates or Virgin !

We felt very intimidated by all the wine initially, and the first gentleman who approached us was so helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to quash a few Prosecco myths and gave us valued guidance. He recommended a Prosecco we decided to buy. The gentleman who served us at the counter was equally as helpful and cheerful. Both members of staff were lovely. I will definitely be back - simply because the service was exceptional, the choice of wine was huge too! They really took an interest in our needs and gave great advice about our upcoming wedding event and also explained about the services they provide with regards to glass hire. I honestly cannot recommend this branch enough! ?
