“The best pharmacy in Worcester.The team here are just feu I’m y the nicest bunch. The lady who often works behind the counter is just the kindest soul always taking an interest and often sharing tips. You always get a warm welcome and even on the rare occasion you have to wait it takes mere moments. If all pharmacy’s could have teams as wonderful as this one the world would be a better place. Easy parking outside is a plus.”

“I cannot express my praise for JJs highly enough. I have been using them for about 8 years and they are absolutely superb. I have complicated health problems which require lots of prescriptions which I have to collect each week. They chase my doctors for these every week and keep me up-to-date if things haven’t come in. All the staff are absolutely lovely and you couldn’t wish for nicer, friendlier, more helpful or professional people. I honestly can’t fault them. I have actually moved house and even though it is now out of my way, there is no way I work trust my prescriptions with anyone else.”

“Went to Asda pharmacy in Worcester today and just wanted to say how kind all of the staff and pharmacist were. They were super helpful and just really pleasant to deal with. We were there a little while as the prescription we needed was different to normal and I saw them interact with numerous customers in the same way. It was lovely to see. The pharmacist was actually spending time with an elderly man explaining about medication and showed him a book of all the things they need to know as the man was interested. It would have made his day. A real credit to your store and would happily drive from Reddtich to use this facility again in the future.Please ensure all three of your team that were working at around 2pm today receive this thanks and appreciation.”

“I was walking to the cheese and yoghurt isle when a member of staff started breakdancing and did a 360 degree backflip then PROCEEDED to offer me a chippy meal with curry sauce and cheesy chips then everyone started dancing and performed the George. advert in a beautifully synchronised manor, I stood there giving a standing ovation and they gave me free parking. Good. I saw my mate Chantelle and she did a backflip and hit the griddy .As Chantelle hit the griddy, the energy in the air was electric. Soon, more people joined in, forming a spontaneous dance circle. Laughter and cheers filled the aisle as the impromptu dance party continued. Chantelle's backflip had set off a chain reaction of dance moves, each more impressive than the last. It was as if the entire store had transformed into a lively celebration of music and movement. Even the other shoppers couldn't resist tapping their feet and swaying to the rhythm. As the music reached its peak, Chantelle pulled you into the center of the circle, inviting you to show off your own moves. With a mix of excitement and nerves, you decided to join in, contributing your unique style to the dance-off. The energy was infectious, and you found yourself dancing like never before. The store had turned into a joyful spectacle, and you realized that sometimes the most unexpected moments can become the most memorable ones.”

“I have to grab tablets a few times a month. Pretty much always get served by the same person (dark hair - fantastic nails) who is always brilliant, patient and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience at this pharmacy with any member of staff and any problem such as manufacturing issues have been dealt with quickly. Easily the best pharmacy I’ve been to with EASILY the best service and nicest staff and this is including pharmacies in Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff. 10/10 guys!”

“Well ... frustrated and exhausted after yesterday's attempts trying to get an answer - 9am until 945pm - constantly engaged. BUT that all melted away when an extremely pleasant and polite young lady answered the phone at approximately 8.15am this morning. She took details very efficiently and when I advised her about my attempts yesterday - she sincerely apologised - I was impressed to say the least.”

“I was shocked by the huge increase in level of customer service today. I rang this am for a repeat prescription, and the phone was picked up - huge improvement. I was then advised my order should be there tomorrow (unheard of - usually a week). Surprise call back later in the morning to say my request was ready to pick up. Didn't quite believe it but went to pick up and it was ready ?. Whoever is dealing with prescription requests, well done ? absolutely brilliant service and so unexpected, especially with the call back to let me know. Fabulous!!!I have to agree with all the poor reviews previously reported, dreadful service ((if you were lucky enough to have the phone answered), which is why I had to post an excellent review. “Phoned to track down a prescription and they were very helpful they told me it had gone to there other pharmacy even though they said they didn’t have it and may have been lost as they were taken over when it was sent. I hadn’t manage to get there as I had had surgery and couldn’t drive but was a great help in telling me what happened unlike Church green branch”
