Tried to buy second class stamps at the till downstairs in WH Smith, was told they now only sell books of first class stamps there. You have to go upstairs and face the usual long queue at the Post office to buy second class stamps. Is this just a money making effort to force us to pay for first class?? So they have lost this sale (£25 worth) and I will get at Waitrose.

Disgusting service avoid at all costs!!!!!!Rude woman with blonde hair aged 50-60 was extremely rude when I asked where can I find tape in the stop.I asked her for help... she said 'Can you not see Im busy'?She said APPARENTLY 'they do not sell it'. and TOLD me to go and check WILKO and walked off in a strop...Having seen that she was rude and her mannerism was in-polite, I wondered the shop to see if I could find it.AND there was a row of TAPES!!!!AVOID. Go else where if you want to have a pleasant shopping experience.

I realise you should check your change at the till not as you leave the shop but I was short-changed at the downstairs counter at about 9:45 this morning. Didn't feel I could go back as I didn't have a receipt (wasn't offered one). Normally go to Asda for lottery ticket and after today will not use Smiths again. I hope it was a human error/lack of concentration.

This smiths always feels weirdly dingy, though I largely only ever go in to use the post office upstairs. On the rare ocassion I've had to purchase emergency office supplies they're sadly often very overpriced.

Rude management and staff, abused Vodafone VeryMe offer by refusing to accept free item voucher whilst it had been valid. Staff and mangement refused to even listen etc.. not first time when management and staff members are talking with arrogance. I will avoid to go into this store in the future.

Busy as hell. Lady on the till was very stressed and moaned constantly about the lottery machine. I appreciate your having a bad day, but if things are that bad, then maybe get a new job?

Service in this post office is appalling. Friday lunchtime only one till open and a rude member of staff on self service check out. More signage needed so we know which queue to join having said that I don't intend to use this office again.

What a disgrace. Came in yesterday to purchase holiday money to be greeted by the most miserable and rude woman working on the counter. And people wonder why post offices are closing, maybe it's due to the poor customer service that you get. This is no reflection on wh Smith only the Post office

Great location in High St., Worcester and has a good selection of stationery, newspapers; magazines and books. Good service all round.

Attended the post office in High Street this morning. Disgusting service. No real effort from staff to reduce the queue. Unpleasant attitude of staff also. Will hopefully avoid this situation in the future. Appalled.

Went in to use the self service posting service. Fairly straightforward to use, could've done with a little more guidance from the attendant as it was the first time using it and had a few questions. All in all much quicker than waiting in the line for a cashier.

Very grim shop and very understaffed. The stationery is now overpriced and I agree with others that it is cluttered and can be hard to find what you want as not everything is kept to one section. Useful if you need a few stationery items but I generally like to avoid if I can.
