Very through help with all steps of the process from tests, checking concerns, advice and assistance from the employees. Especially Insha who helped me recently, she checked everything was correct, made sure I had all the information I needed and was very friendly.

I ordered some transitions that I just couldn't get on with. I returned and was dealt with by Leah who helped me out. I was ready for a full refund (no issue with glasses quality, I just didn't get on with transitions).
