It took 6 weeks to finally get the right glasses as was not advised in the first place that with my high prescription the frame I chose would not look good. Spent hours trying to find the right frame and in the end I found one but it wasn't as nice as I would expect as the stock was low.When I went to make an exchange I left the previous glasses, obviously, with the member of staff and continued wearing my old glasses. Just to be accused of never returning the first pair, basically was accused of stealing. Vision Express either need to train they staff on what they need to do when the customers hands the glasses back in or they need to search they own staff first. It was absolutely shocking experience for me!

Perfect service, I ordered glasses for my son who had not easy decision about frames but we were assisted with lots of understanding by Amber I belive was lady name even if the store was busy. The day we went to collect the order, again we received kind service even if busy. Definitely from now on that's the brunch I will go to as unfortunately in previous one service went down and I was left with decision to search for new one. So glad we went to Luton Mall brunch. Thank you so much for making my son feel comfortable and giving him time to choose frames. Great service

I have been a few times recently for my sons prescription, each time we have been served by the lovely Amber, Amber has gone above and beyond for my son who is 8, making him feel super comfortable and happier with the whole process of being at an opticians.You can see the whole team rely on her, she helps everyone as much as she can and is such an asset to the store.

The prescription they gave me after an eye test was wrong. They give you very lowquality contact lenses for contact lens trials.

Very through help with all steps of the process from tests, checking concerns, advice and assistance from the employees. Especially Insha who helped me recently, she checked everything was correct, made sure I had all the information I needed and was very friendly.

I ordered some transitions that I just couldn't get on with. I returned and was dealt with by Leah who helped me out. I was ready for a full refund (no issue with glasses quality, I just didn't get on with transitions). Leah was welcoming and her customer service is so good I did a exchange for sunglasses instead of refund. So everyone is a winner! Her approach and familiarity with customers is great. She is a asset to the store!!

Worst opticians ever! Have been waiting 3 weeks for my contact lenses. Was told they?d be here in a few days, called a week later and was told they hadn?t even been ordered. The lady apologised and said they would be ordered and someone would contact me but after a week of waiting I hadn?t heard. Called AGAIN and was told they still hadn?t arrived. Ordered them elsewhere online and they arrived in 2 days. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst service in history do not go there best going to Dunstable one my son broke his glasses got completely ignored! when we went to one of the person she walked off for ages and went off to lunch no warning nothing we're left sitting like mugs other people came in after they getting served before us just rediculous not happy at all one star is too generous

Feel like I?ve been conned told one price for frames then told another price then another price was on my bill went from £15 to £37 then on bill 2x £15 only bought one pair.rubbish company avoid at all cost con artist.
