I have been advised by a member of their staff that they no longer offer a repeat prescription service. Are they closing down

This store is a train smash in terms of service. Have been in the store for 90 mins (still here) - was first in the queue. Four members of staff - all behind dispensary. Queue 10 deep most of whom don’t need prescriptions, yet no-one at till. There is absolutely no system, they deal with customers based on who shouts... read full comment

The slowest and most inefficient serving process I have seen. 2 members of staff creating prescriptions, one server and someone hoovering the shelves.When a customer in the 10 person line asked if someone else could serve, the main manager said "we are all doing our jobs they will just have to wait".
