Really disgusting company, I returned unwanted hood extensions,Paid to return it and they still deducted postage to me from refund.Its complete nonsense, whole hood cost £71 selling metal extensions for £48 hence I returned it. Never ever with such company.

Placed an order for some radiators which has been delivered soaked in water, rejected the delivery and asked for refund, one week later and still no refund despite everyone said is processed as we speak……No one could be bothered to give a call or apologise.DISAPPOINTED

I placed an order for a hob and it was delivered first thing the next morning. I spoke to customer services to check how quickly it would be delivered before ordering and they were very helpful.
