actually when I got my original eye test and glasses the service was great. I then went for second eye test and was fine, slight change but not necessary to change my glasses. I then loose my glasses while traveling. I phone hoping to get an exact pair replacement. They have all my details on their system. Then I get, well we need to take a payment, but can't take a payment over the phone. You still have to get measured, so I have to come in. They no longer have the lab so from measure to payment it will take 5 days.....where is the customer centricity!? Tesco or Boots here I come..

First time using Vision Express and had a great experience, the Optician carrying out the eyetest was patient and Tim looked after me very well whilst I chose frames. Honest recommendations and transparent.
Hopefully a customer for life!

Don't take young children here, went in with a 2 and a 4 year old who were being normal children of that age, not overly loud or naughty, clearly these people aren't child friendly and was told if we weren't quieter we would be made to leave, I have never more embaressed in my life. The manager after i complained did apologise but its to little to late i will never go back and yes we did leave.
