While the Pub was warm and welcoming the level of service was not, buffet understocked and hard to find someone to deal with it. Nothing wrong with the food we had, just needs more staff. Disappointing.

Booked got email confirmation and they didn’t have the hooking. Manager, scruffy bugger, was look it blame us for the mistake and was very unwelcoming.

This place is in need of a good manager, not the guy who spent 10 minutes telling one of the waitresses how good he was and how he was able to make a higher level management decision. We arrived and were seated by a young girl who was completely clueless and could not make a single decision without consulting someone else....
