“Going in store I was unsure of the product I needed… suffering from big breakouts of acne for years I have tried medical treatments, all the cerave range and similar highly rated products. Nothing worked I found myself so unhappy with my skin and the way I have looked for a while now. Until I was persuaded to try a 2 week trial of Ultrabland… Beti (I think that’s right) was there to discuss everything from how it feels to what it is made of she even showed me exactly how to use it. So I came away with a small pot and bought a flannel to cleanse with on her advisory. 2 weeks later I can say I this product has honestly changed my life I am so much happier and confident in myself as my spots have cleared up more than ever before! I will continue to use this product for the rest of my life and cant recommend it enough… Beti thank you girl!! <3”

“Went in today to pick up some toner for the first time, had no clue what I really needed for my skin type. Lauren, maybe the most helpful sales rep I've ever spoken to, gave me really useful advice based on personal experience, and then took the time to recommend other products to assist me further.\\nOn top of all this Lauren also helped my flatmate find the right product for her skin as well. Cheers Lauren, you were wonderful, I hope they give you a raise!”

“I had a really good visit to the store, I was looking for a specific suncream for my son who has eczema. As I couldn't find it on the shelf, I waited at the pharmacy shop. I was told they didn't have any there, and any stock would be on the shopfloor. One of the members of staff who was queueing to pay for her lunch left the queue and offered to help me look. Who does that nowadays? Anyway, they didn't have the one I was looking for, then a manager came and checked online, and explained they don't stock that particular one and told me it was available on Amazon.In the end, I got a different one from the store.The only reason that this store lost a star, their tills were only manned by 1 member of staff who had to leave to go look for an item for a difficult customer. There was a very delayed response for another member of staff to get to the tills to serve.”

“Good range of health foods and suppliments convenient to centre, part of national chain with own brand nuts, seeds, grains etc including organic and some processed veggy foods. Sometimes slightly pricy but regular good special offers like mix and match buy one get one half price on everything.”

“A staff member with shoulder-length teal-coloured hair helped me pick a suit. I don’t wear suits, they took my measurements and gave advice without pressuring me to purchase anything. I left to view other shops and came back for the suit. Great customer service and introvert friendly.”

“Great location, lovely staff. Always quite busy. Unfortunately short staffed. They used to have a staff member serving at the till in a separate part of the store. This hasn't been the case today and the previous time I came. Two staff members helping customers, however, chatting at length...I'm sure for a valid reason, with the queue growing and growing.”

“Not the best or most well equipped store but bearing in mind I think that there are a lot of problems in the area they do their best - probably cold do with some investment to make it look more appealing and easier for the staff to work in - I do not go to the pharmacy just to pick up odds and ends and they usually have what I want even if there is not a lot of stock on the shelves”
