Brought parcels using online service 'download your barcode and show this to the shopkeeper at any of our 3,500 ServicePoints'. Was turned away as 'it's not our barcode' :( even the specific instructions next to the barcode meant nothing to the shop manager and he refused to try.. Potentially, a staff training issue, but he could have been nicer about it!
