“I would like to write a nice review due to the customer service. I received today at Metrobank in Milton Keynes..I had some problems after receiving a new phone and transferring my details from the old phone to the new phone regarding password, security, numbers, et cetera et cetera’ having failed miserably’ trying to do this in the week, I managed to successfully lock myself out of the account’ however, after attending the branch where I spoke to a member of staff I had a small wait and was funny approach for two members of staff who win over their way to listen to what I had to say, asking me to come over to desk whereby they both addressed. If you was a new phone set up my new passwords how many minutes I was back online.Ali’ & his colleague, we’re both outstanding at doing the work’ with me because of this I would recommend Metro Bank to anyone absolutely fantastic service Best wishes to all kind regardsJohn.”

“Sue was covering in the MK branch when i saw her at the beginning of September. She was very friendly, welcoming and quickly realised that the Letchworth branch hadn't dealt with my request properly for over 2 months and couldn't apologise enough on their behalf. She explained that she was only covering in MK but would personally take my case back to her own branch in Stony Stratford to make sure that it would complete this time. She then followed up with her promise of giving me a call with an update and fully resolved my issue in less than a week it's such a relief to have found someone who follows through with their word. If only Sue had been in the Letchworth branch in June. She clearly goes above and beyond her job role and is passionate and caring about giving exceptional customer service. I cannot thank her enough and hope she gets the recognition that she deserves as she is a great asset to Nationwide.”

The service given was so friendly and professional despite it being so close to closing time, we were not rushed and we were there until 12.25.
