Sorry to see that the opening hours on the website have not been changed despite saying that it was updated by the branch a week ago. I made a special trip to the branch, arriving at 3.45 only to discover that it closed at 3. This was on a Monday. Will have to try again tomorrow. Do they also close for lunch? Attended the Milton Keynes branch today with my husband 15 minutes before closing. We undertook quite a few transactions/opening accounts. The service given was so friendly and professional despite it being so close to closing time, we were not rushed and we were there until 12.25.
