Alissa greated us when we came into the shop, listened to our needs and helped us narrow it down to a couple of mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on us to purchase items quickly. We came back the same afternoon and Alissa helped us with our purchase. She was polite and a real asset to the team. Thanks so much.”

“I like IKEA and enjoy looking at the different room settings for ideas. The pc’s they have available with their storage design software is great and easy to use, and makes the process of buying what you need easy.I would enjoy it a lot more if people kept better control over their children, rather than letting the climb over the furniture, slam drawers and run around like feral animals.”

“This home base is on a retail park area. The sat nav doesn't always take you to it, so look for the massive building, you can't miss it from the road.Plenty of parking.It's a large homebase, very spacious with a great selection.It's really easy to find stuff.Many bargains to be found, and a few discontinued lines.Currently a large outdoor furniture selection at reasonable prices.Outside garden and plant area too.I love this store and its definitely worth a visit if you're a homebase fan.”

“Free parking outside for up to three hours.Toilets inside.A cafe.One of the largest dunelms I've actually seen.Very clean and tidy inside with plenty of staff.Till service was fast and efficient with plenty of space for everyone.My only criticism is that the cafe staff don't actually seem to want to be there.I was stood there for so long ignored, I wondered if I should serve myself to food....Still, everyone has a bad day, so I hope next time will be better.... !”

“Ordered carpet for the whole house as we recently moved, great staff who were patient and didn't rush us into making any bad decisions, not once did they try to upsell which was brilliant. Also ordered a new sofa on the same day which was delivered a couple of weeks after the carpet was fitted, delivery drivers were extremely polite and professional.”

However I could not have been more wrong.Warming drawer failed, contacted Bosch and requested a call out which happened within 48 hours.Engineer was to call between 12 and 16:00pm.0715 am I get a call to say can he come at 0730. This worked very well for me, so he duly arrived, was polite and matter of fact, sorted the issue out and replaced a part there and then.
