He was truly professional , empathising with me , getting other departments in nationwide ( that were lacking ) involved, and finally getting the problem resolved . Nick kept me updated regularly. “We visited the store today and had trouble finding the dried mushrooms. A very helpful lady called Fran took us to where they were. As they were a new line Fran later found us walking around the store to tell us that they weren’t yet on the system so priced them manually. Fran went above and beyond to give us excellent service.”

There were several elderly and confused people in the bank whilst I was there and all the staff were very respectful and took as much time with them as was needed. “On 22 March 2023, I experienced a very good service from Mr Hamish Robb of HSBC UK Branch at Cambridge CB2 3BZ. When I approached him to enquire about my blocked access to my digital banking account/mobile banking app, he was very helpful and patient to listen to my issue. He checked and helped to find a way to solve my problem. He helped me to phone the relevant department as well as to act as a translater for my language barrier to communicate with his colleague on the phone. Well my issue was dealt with and solved under Hamish's help. I genuinely thank him so much for his kindness and sincerity to help and his willingness to provide an effective way to deal with the issue.Meanwhile I really appreciate his courteous and patient work manner which is a very good way to show the hospitality of the bank service. Lastly I wish him a prosperous future in his career.”

The number buttons are like silk to the touch and the visual display has just the right amount of blue light so as to not impact on my melatonin levels. “This is quite a busy petrol station most of the time due to location. I tend to visit when I am travelling towards Trumpington, rather than facing royston, so only one lane of traffic to wait for. The Shop has plenty on offer and during certain hours Costa is attached for beverages. Downside is cashpoint charges a fee (there are other petrol stations (trumpington shell - where cashpoint is free). Otherwise no complaints at all.”
