Terrible experience. Rude service personnel. Melanie was very Rude, unhelpful and so unfriendly. I wonder why would a store of this reputation will employ such people. I?ll never come here again.

7am opening is great so can get what I need and be back home before the traffic builds up.. the store had pretty much everything you need. 10/10

Callum is amazing. I had some fluorescent tubes to recycle. Callum was extremely knowledgeable about this service at B&Q. Not only did Callum give me information about what I could bring to the store to be recycled he took the tubes from me at my car to save me walking back to the store. He was just so happy, helpful and engaging that I feel compelled to tell everyone. B&Q are lucky to have Callum.

Giving this 5 stars for Adrian?s excellent customer service. We broke a toilet door handle at our place of work and had to get it fixed before the evening due to it being a restaurant. Adrian told us the door handle was no longer available but gave us great instructions on how to solve our problems. Thank you Adrian! :)

Love this place.They seem quite happy for you to open boxes and wrappers to inspect the carefully sealed products inside!Francis on the till is a delight and the store manager is always on the floor ready to offer advice and show you where things are. ?

Kudos to the guy on wood cutter who edged in the width so that my replacement shelves were exactly the same width as the one I bought in as a template. My go to store for REAL DIY.

Went to buy some guttering, asked a young male assistant, without looking at me, he gave me a mumbled reply. After only finding half of what I needed I asked him again, his reply never stocked them! I was bemused...are you sure I asked, never stoked them! How long have you worked here, he pointed to his badge, apparently he'd been there 4 years, I did explain, I don't like your unhelpful manner...he stomped off...how rude!?
