“I have went here to look at glasses as where I originally had my eye test they didn’t have anything I liked. When I entered david clulow I was in my element with all the glasses. There was a problem from a previous opticians but they corrected it for me and have been so helpful, I have been served by a couple of people in here. I will continue to come here for my eye tests and glasses now on.”

“My or My! What an experience. For years on a yearly basis I have been going to clinics in Cambridge UK to have my eyes tested, including the popular local ones. This is the very first time I have felt that my eyes were more important than selling me designer glasses. And I am over 85. Indeed my prescription was given to me without asking and a digital copy sent to me by email. This explained all the test that were done and comments. I always complain about bad services - here is a good one.The reception area is so good, for a moment I thought I was private - no! Just NHS.”

“Thorough, kind helpful professional service from all staff. I had a cyst removed from my eye many years ago & the distress of the experience remained. I was fearful of the optional air blowing pressure procedure but with support, encouragement & reassurance from the Optician managed the test well. I had lots of questions about Field vision test as flashes much weaker in in Left eye, though right eye re-tested and also about prescription costs being more than frame & lenses. Explanations were given & understood. Vouchers were applied to the costs because of my circumstances for which I am grateful. I was also informed of the after care service should any tweaking of the glasses be needed & the option to purchase a second pair half price within 3 months. Await hopeful stability after 1 year retest. Appreciated thanks to all,”
