“I went to the shop on Saturday with my daughter and sister to get some shoes for myself. I have to wear insoles in shoes so have to take out the insoles in hotter shoes, the staff were so very helpful and did not mind me taking the insoles out and letting me put mine in. After trying on many shoes I bought three pairs and very pleased with them. The staff were excellent. I live in Long Melford and we have lost two of your shops Ipswich and Colchester, so coming to Cambridge was the nearest so thank you for your help.”

“Friendly welcome from both staff members on the shop floor. Asked if we needed anything without being pushy. When I did have a question the lady was so helpful! What I wanted they didn't have in store, so she showed me on the big tablet and helped me to purchase it. Not to mention that when it came (on-time I might add!) the item was beautiful! Great quality.I wish I had caught her name. She did have lovely nails, with red around the tips! If this gets to her then thank you! :-)”

“Bought some clothes here for my mum’s birthday. Some things are a little expensive for what they are, but she was happy with her purchases. I was served by a really friendly staff member. They could do with stocking bigger sizes on some items as I saw a few things I liked but were too small for me.”

It's a company under strict management.A company provides a different brands too. Unfortunately not all of the brands has good quality.Too many brands that makes browsing the Next's website extra difficult and exhausting.”

“This shop is brilliant. Has many designer clothes and it's own branded stuff which is so good it fits in with the more well known brands. Always has great sales as well. Excellent if you want men or womens designer clothes without fighting your way through the city centre as its in the Grafton centre.”

“I went to this M&S yesterday (24/02/23) and it was excellent the staff were amazing they were very polite, very respectful.
