Used to be so lovely. Over the last few months, however, there has been a distinct and concerning drop in service. Lots of people kept waiting for far too long in a small area. Staff - usually just one person - running between rooms and rather abrupt. No apologies for waiting times (I once waited over 30 minutes). ... read full comment
