I agree with the gentlemen's comments about click and collect. It's the first time I've used the service (I usually have delivery) and I failed to see the check-in facility on the email. Sent by my wife to pick up her John Lewis order. Chastised by the lady behind the counter for not having read the emails to say I have to click on the link rather than enter on the screen as per previously. Don't understand why staff have to be so rude instead of just helping. Ruins your day. Rest of the staff normally... read full comment
