Pool nice, usually warm and clean. Other facilities such as Gym and spa always seem busy. Reasonably priced activities. Theatre is a nice size. Been to a few shows. Cafe is great when open. Shame really. Imagine it's a staffing issue. Staff on main desk always friendly and helpful.

We have had excellent nights out watching varied shows, they are always excellent, the only problem when it is tiered seating the heat in the back rows is unbearable as you are up nearer to the ceiling. The aircon is not good enough for the summer months. The staff said it was not working properly so this needs to be addressed... read full comment

We had our 3 year olds birthday party at brio today. We went for the bouncy castle party with food supplied by the brio team.We were advise we could arrive at anytime to set up and when we got there the room had all the tables and chairs set and the bouncy castle and soft play items available.The team were quick to help... read full comment
