“This review is about Charlotte the on duty pharmacist this week who went above and beyond exceptional levels of patient service. My tablets were not available due to a manufacturing problem. I was in a panic as I was getting nowhere fast with 2 e consults with my own GP. Charlotte contacted the alternative manufacturer. She set up an account with the alternative supplier by Wed afternoon I had my meds. I only spoke to her Monday morning. Well done and a huge thank you. I am extremely grateful.”

“I have switched to this pharmacy now after years of endless trouble with Birchwood Well pharmacy.My first prescription was an urgent one that was sent over same day for antibiotics & strong pain relief- it was late my the time myhusband got there and hadn’t been completed, however the staff were so polite and helpful and got it sorted straight away! So I ordered my monthly prescription for the first time and had everything i needed (it’s a lot!) with no issues or “we don’t have that in stock until a year later!” comments.This is the best pharmacy ever and the staff are just wonderful! ? thank you! xxGemma C”

“I had a sight test and contact lens check yesterday afternoon which couldn't have gone better. Having temporary mobility issues I was immediately shown to a chair and asked if I needed anything.All the staff from shopfloor to the opticians and management were in good form and explained each process of my appointment which made my visit so much easier and less stressfull than I expected.After an hour I'd was given a new prescription for both glasses and contact lenses which I was absolutely thrilled with and a 7 day trial of new contact lenses to see how I go before ordering them permanently.Finally able to see.. I was shown the new frames for my glasses and advised on what was best for me in my budget without the 'Hard sell' pressure of more expensive frames.A brilliant service yet again from the Boots crew and that's why I've been a loyal customer for over 23yrs and will continue to be so!10/10 ?”

Store offers home delivery and also shopping collection at the rear of the store. Difficult to think of a negative and also has on-site Post office and Pharmacy and mail order shopping collection and return point. There is also I believe a coin sorter machine and photo booth”
