When are the management of this place going to work out that the reason that someone is not home to receive a delivery on a weekday is usually because they are at work and it is very likely that this would still be the case when they try to redeliver the package the next day. And because they have been at work all day, the last thing they want to do when they finish is sit in Warringtons peak time traffic to go and collect their parcel. If the last 13 reviews you get on Google and if you include this one, that's 14 are 1 star. Anyone with half a brain should be able to see this as a wake-up call and change something. When are you going to realise that you are wasting your customers and your staffs time.

Would vote 0 stars if I could. The opening/closing times change every 5 minutes. Every time I go it closed. Its either not open when you finish work so you go on lunch and then next time I go it's the opposite and they're closed at lunch and open post 5pm. Just make your minds up it's ridiculous.

Why do I go through the expense of buying a video door bell, for you're employees never to use it? Meaning I miss the parcels and I have to come out of my own way to collect a parcel that I have paid to have delivered.... Use your brains people, ring the video doorbell and lets communicate rather than causing more work for yourselves and also putting your customers out, who'm are contributing towards your wages in reality.

Shocking place. Never open and when it is everyone is miserable. So many wasted trips due to bizarre opening hours that change all the time. Terrible in general.

Dangerously incompetent, avoid if you can and use any other courier. Even Hermes would be a better option, actually you'd have better luck just throwing a letter in a pond, it's more likely to arrive on time

Have a failed delivery card in my letterbox stating a postage problem and it transpires the sender had put on an older 1st class stamp which has been paid for to provide a service, stamp has NO use by date on it and I have been charged £2.50 for a service already paid for by the sender.In other words Royal Mail are now ROYAL THIEVESNow I have to travel to my local sorting office which only works 4 hours a day over 10 hours with the opening time coinciding with peak traffic.After arriving at Millner Street at approx 14.00 hrs I find all the operating times had diminished into only 4 hours opening in a 10 hour dayDisgusting times only 4 hours 08.00-10.00 & 16.00-18.00 in their opening day. not worth the 1 star that is required to post comment, not happy having to make 2 journeys because the card left for this address has NO opening hours showing.18.00 hrs: One person serving and a line of approx 4 persons inside and 15 persons outside in the rain when I collected the overcharged card.5th in line and over 20 mins for this service.They wonder why they are losing custom!

I recently had a parcel delivered to the wrong address. After long wait times to complain, I was told that they could see it was incorrectly delivered, they would retrieve the parcel and re-deliver. I received no correspondence despite being promised that I would be contracted with 72 hours. I called again, 1 week later and was told the Depot Manager had said it had been delivered to the correct address. Therefore implying I?m lying?! No call to me, and still I have no parcel. Terrible follow up and service.

What an appalling waste of time. I waited till 8.25 in the cold for you to open the doors. If you say you open at 8am. Then you should open at this time and not 25 minutes late. Managers need to take responsibility for this and not the staff.Because they are only told what to do.You do not deserve to have the word Royal in your name.I am not surprised that the company is in in dire straits. The managers are to blame. Awful experience and dreadful customer service.

Attempted to collect my parcel the next working day after the delivery attempt (which was a day later than it was supposed to be attempted in the first place) the lady on the desk was unwilling to check if it was even in the back, simply stated that it would be automatic reattempted delivery today, by which point it which will be too late. What happened to good customer service? Having worked in customer service myself for 7 years, you do everything you can to get the best possible outcome for the customer. I had attempted to collect yesterday evening, whilst it was too early and the driver hadn?t gotten back to the delivery office yet, the guy on the desk physically went and checked, came back with two other packages that were due to be delivered to me, which was a pleasant surprise, but the fact he just went to check whilst there was a queue of people just shows that he was willing to try. However the lady this morning was just unhelpful and unwilling, go home and wait for delivery? well I will have left the country by the time they reattempt delivery, so that?s no good.
