“Got to say I've only ever been into Sports Direct because I have no other choice... however... the branch in St. Austell has totally changed my mind. The customer service was outstanding. It was busy as but that didn't stop them going above and beyond. I went in for a pair of rugby boots for my son but left with new running shoes for me, a new tee and shorts for both myself and my wife and my wife also bought a new swimming suit. Honestly, the perfect example of how great customer service changes everything. I couldn't be happier to have dropped a huge chunk of cash with these guys! Brilliant stuff.”
