Carly organised a speedy battery and alternator check for me, which was done by Alex, after he wasn't sure of the readings he went next door and got an Autocentre Mechanic with a more complex diagnostic machine to gather more detailed info, all done quickly (I didn't have very long as I had to get to work) and very professionally, and FOR FREE... Carly then helped me find exactly the right battery, which was a good price. Everyone really helpful, was extremely impressed and am very grateful!Thank you!”

“I like Superdry clothing as they last and are made of good quality which I don't mind paying more for but the lighting in that shop is quite dark and too many shadows to find the right colour of an idea to buy...i.e. I bought a red hoody but when I left the shop it was more reddish pink. Also dark blue tshirts look black.”

Having had a baby 9 months ago and struggling to love my new body, I was dreading shopping for an outfit for a wedding next week. Arriving at the store, I was met with warmth and kindness, and a desire to really make me feel good. The ladies helped choose outfits, even entertaining my 9 month old daughter whilst I tried on lots of different outfits. They were extremely knowledgeable about suitable colours and the cut of the clothing, and were honest with their opinions on how I looked. “I was fitted for a suit to wear at my daughters wedding. I was fortunate to have Paris as my fitter in the Truro store. This young man was professional and knowledgeable. He spent a long time with me and covered every aspect of my wedding suit design…right down to the buttons and the stitching. He gave honest advice and opinions. The suit was ready about a week sooner than I’d expected. Needless to say it fitted perfectly and looks incredible. Huge thanks to Paris. I can’t wait to wear my Taylor Me suit to my daughters wedding. It was certainly worth paying the extra ££”

“Walking the south west coast path with my girlfriend and half way through our beloved MSR tent poles snapped and ripped through the exterior sheet… a manufacturing defect which apart from that the tent has been amazing! We purchased a year ago from Cotswold outdoor, Scott and the other lovely staff at Cotswold Truro were amazing in sorting through our warranty and getting us back on the path as soon as possible. Excellent customer service! Would recommend :)”

It opens into the main walkway to all the other toilets, so if you are in a wheelchair it gets very congested”

“The British Heart Foundation is an outstanding organization. I got my dining furniture (table and 4 chairs), ironing board, six feet Fridge Freezer, Smart Panasonic TV here and I must say it is great value for money.The staff are especially very courteous and more often than not go out of their way to make sure you get the best deals. I would recommend getting your household materials on the cheap here because they ensure all the products have been tested before putting them on display.Great thanks to all the donors and initiators of the British Heart Foundation. Not only did Karen and her team take my mother to hospital, but they comforted her and despite being short staff put my mum's welfare first. “Had to take my children in to get trainers yesterday, their feet are growing at an alarming rate! It is a large store and didn’t seem that busy (we have been in there when it is completely packed). We saw four members of staff of which the two youngest appeared to be doing all the work. Chris who helped us with the shoes was an absolute star. Not only was he serving us, but two or three other customers. My son’s shoe size has gone up stupidly which meant Chris had to (eventually) get three different lots of shoes. Awesome service from him and the lad at the till, who seemed to be running around like a mad thing doing lots of jobs at once - I didn’t think to ask his name. Either way, they probably deserve a pay rise!”
