Do not stop off at this cafe (M&S Truro) if you are shopping alone. The long queues take forever & it's impossible to stand, for what feels like hours, holding a tray and bags of shopping. I gave up and left.

Not the restaurant! The ladies toilets are a disgrace. The entrance door is so dirty all over you don’t want to touch it. The bins and toilet roll holders are on opposite sides of the cubicle so if you weight more than 8 stone it’s impossible to move. Oh Dear, Oh Dear - Very, very poor – Avoid! For a company supposedly on the up, this store in Truro is very much on the down! The food store is dull, the clothes store overstocked & under staffed and the Restaurant is going from bad to worse.
