“Excellent local shop. Friendly helpful staff. Thoughtful stock, full shelves and on the rare occasion that they don't have something, ask and they will try to source it for you.”

“Always delicious food choices in the food hall!Delicious cakes and fresh fruit, usually a deal on such a meal for 2Nice view of the centre from the cafeGood disabled parking and reasonable priced parking in the multi-storeyMy only negative is that there is only one disabled toilet positioned quite awkwardly to get round the door and inside! It opens into the main walkway to all the other toilets, so if you are in a wheelchair it gets very congested”

“Great petrol station with extra long hoses to avoid having to wait on one side of the pump to be near your filler cap. Best thing is the staff, really friendly. Last week the girl on the till offered me a chocolate biscuit or a Jaffa cake. How nice is that ? Oh by the way I had the biscuit.”

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to one of your staff members called Hanna, with the lovely tattoos. We were trying to find a Christmas light up globe in the store but couldn't see it anywhere. Hanna looked it up on line only to find it was supposed to be in a certain isle. After looking around each isle and unable to locate it, she then said she would look in the stockroom and come and find us in store if she was successful. Thinking we were going to go home without it, Hanna suddenly appeared with a whole box full!! So thank you Hanna, regards Sue”

“Although, not known as a high end store, I find the quality of their products and the prices to be good.Probably the largest food store on Truro High St.Very good range of snacking foods if you are in a rush, pre-prepared fresh fruit and vegetables, sarnies, pies, bread, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, sweets.Cooked and uncooked meatsSome vegan, gluten free, low sugar, low fat, celiac, beer/wine/spirits & tobacco. And a lot more. However, parking in Truro is all carparks, but the carparks, are situated only a few minutes walk away from the high st.”

“Cheaper than driving to the next closest shop.As of the 1st Nov 2021, some shelves remain fully stocked whilst, increasingly, others are remaining empty or becoming emptied. It feels worrying when I see this, however I am confident that I won't starve, yet,,. There's tons of alternatives & plenty of fresh stuff.7am-10pm 365 (?) days a year .”

“Not a huge selection but they appear to be in the middle of a refurbishment. Also, based on the college campus during summer holidays, there isn't as much custom so might be carrying less options.”
