Very disappointed on my first visit here ! The outside tables are very wonky ,and unstable ! Tables were filthy covered in stains and rubbish ! very lazy staff ! I was waiting behind a crowd of people, the crowd left and I was the only person there. I was ignored for a while, then finally one of the servers asked if I wanted to be served. I said yes and then she pointed to two other people and said the queue is over there, it was not clear where to order and there had been no one... read full comment

Was waiting in the line for a good 20 minutes when there was only 5 people infront and workers were chatting the whole time and it took a long time. Ordered a caramel latte and it was just milk and caramel!!!!!!!!! When I went in to tell them, they said that I was wrong…
