“It's a long standing family run business I've never been in to this shop myself I know that its a clothing shop not sure what type of clothing but I've lived in Buxton for 30years and it's always been there so it must be successful”

“Lovely atmosphere and staff, quick service and great food. Very close to the Tissington trail which was a lovely walk from the Rivendale Retreat. Would definitely recommend.”

“Didn’t stay at the hotel but enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Manifold. The food was amazing - we had the pan fried chicken from the specials menu and the chicken burger. Both were excellent! Staff were attentive. Bar area cosy and clean - they even had the fire going ? would definitely recommend.”

“Stumbled across this place whilst visiting the town for the day. Wanted to avoid the national chains as independent cafes tend to have a much more homeley feel.And what a fantastic find ? we thought it was a small place when we arrived but discovered it has several cosy little rooms. Staff very attentive and the coffee was great. We didn't have any food but the plates being served to others liked very nice.Would thoroughly recommend if you are visiting the pavilion or the town centre.”

“Stayed here 4 times now and rooms are always very clean , considering they re dog friendly . Staff not very organised though and always seemed to be rushing about .Food is very good !Ideal place for exploring the countryside with lots of walks to do literally on the doorstep .”

“Really warm welcoming by all team, the room was very spacious and I could have brought my whole family as there were so many beds!Water to a great temperature and even had an iron hiding in the wardrobe.We was on a coach trip so food was included, I’m a picky eater so I didn’t really appropriate the food options but my friends said the food was delicious.The service at the bar was fast and a big shout out to Olly who was so friendly and polite to all of our group.”
