“We stopped here for an evening meal and as soon as we stepped into the place we loved the traditional, unspoilt feel of the pub. The bar staff were really welcoming and friendly and catered to our needs perfectly. The food was delicious and my partner enjoyed the real ale. We would love to return when we are back in the area, definitely recommended!”

“Stayed here for one night during the boiling hot September weather. Great facilities, warm check in and generally well organised. Stayed in the field across the road, which is lovely and quiet, however it is a good five minute walk to the main site across a busy road. The only real gripe was closing the men’s showers and toilets at 11:30 when check out is at 12. The whole point of a check out time is to complete the cleaning then. No really acceptable when prop would have quite rightly planned around that check out time.”
