“Had a flat tyre, pulled into the shop before they were open for business. I had my tyre replaced with a spare and was told its on the house.....I was told to come back if I ever needed anything else.Didn't quite catch the name of the 2 lovely gentlemen that attended to me but I am eternally grateful!!!”
“Had a bit of a nightmare with the Car so had the AA drop it off here late Saturday. Rang first thing Monday and they had it inspected by 10:30 and fixed the clutch and slave cylinder the following day. The place was extremely busy so I was very happy with the quick turnaround. Everyone I encountered either by phone or in person were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them going forward”

“Sells all the plumbing materials that you would need to do a plumbing job with friendly staff who are helpful. However, I do find them a little expensive compared with other plumbers merchants. Good carpark area for loading ”

“Both headlight bulbs had gone on my car. I went into the store and choose two new ones. I asked the assistant behind the counter if he could fit them for me but also I explained I was concerned that both had gone at the same time. No problem he said we will try one and see if that cures the problem. It did so he fitted the other for me. He was very helpful and full of great advice. The weather was awful and he did it all in the rain. I wish I’d had got his name as he deserves some recognition for outstanding customer service. A credit to Halfords.”
